How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

1. Locate your original order confirmation email containing your Order ID.
2. Contact the Manufacturer's dedicated customer support team (contact details will be found on your packing slip and order receipt).
3. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
4. Ship the unused portion or even the empty jars back to the provided return address.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by their facility, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
